Half-way through the semester, time
flies when you are having fun. It's nice to know that we have made it
this far.
If Tenaciousness
is a skill then it is something that I have
developed since my early childhood. I can relate to the Webster
definition of "very determined to do something".
Personally, I don't like to leave anything unfinished. If I don't
believe that I can accomplish something, I will not start it. Had I
not been tenacious I would not be in this class. I had no college
prep classes when I was in high school, so, when I decided to further
my education, I started at the bottom. I am surprised that I am at
where I am at today. But, I am here and the only direction to go is
forward, failure is not an option.
I often wounder why I
don't just give up but, then, since failure is not an option, I can't
just give up, I have to keep going. If, perhaps, you do fail at
something, at least you put forth the effort to try and accomplish
it.
I hope this comes out to
three tips. Failure is not an option. Don't give up. Learn from your
mistakes. If someone else can do it, so can you. Always look forward.
Life's challenges are
always going to be like this, get used to it.
I really enjoyed your advice that you gave. When failure is not an option, you really have no choice but to do your best at everything you try. Learning from your mistakes is great advice as well. I can be a perfectionist sometimes, so I have had a hard time dealing with the mistakes I have made. But I believe that it is a very important part of life. I think it reveals a lot about your character and success in life. Great post! Good luck with the remainder of the class! ReplyDeleteHey Gregory,
ReplyDeleteGreat job with the post! I loved the gif at the end! I think its inspiring of you to be tenacious with your studies and not being able to leave a task unfinished. I’m defiantly the same way. I’ve found the best way to prevent procrastination is by just starting a project in some way. Anyway, I enjoyed reading your thoughts on this. Take a look at my post if you get the chance.
